The division of data transmission modules is based on the most popular RFICs with corresponding competitive features. According to output power, data transmission modules can be divided into: (DRF1212D10), low power module (DRF7020D13), medium power modules (DRF4432D20 and DRF7020D20) and high power module (DRF7020D27) which range from 10dBm to 27dBm.

DRF1212D10 is based on SX1212 RFIC from Semtech and is known for its extra low power consumption. In receive mode it consumes less than 3mA current which is very suitable for hand-held application or equipments needing long life time. DRF4432D20 uses SI4432 RFIC from Silicon labs. Because its compact size and high output power it has been widely accepted by embedded application designers. DRF7020D13, DRF7020D20 and DRF7020D27 adopt the same RFIC ADF7020-1 from ADI. These modules adopt the same data format which assures the communication among them smoothly and reliably.

From the inception the data transmission modules provided by DORJI only worked in 433MHz frequency band. With the increasing requirements on other ISM frequency band DORJI begins to provide 868MHz and 915MHz version of DRF4432D20 modules. At present all of the data transmission modules are DIP package.
